The welcome return of Futurama

I am extremely late on this, but Futurama is to return! I do remember reading something a while ago, but it was really just rumours and must have been an old story because Comedy Central revealed their purchase of the show back in 2006!

For me, Futurama is a far better show than the Simpsons and it actually saddened me that a fresh, interesting show was cancelled while the Simpsons just seemed to roll on despite it's now continued lack of originality. Click on 'read more' to see the video trailer.

Thankfully, Sky One will be airing the new Futurama episodes in the UK this autumn, so the wait is almost over. With 13 episodes to wet our apetites, I'm hoping this, long overdue, new series will lead to even more.
